Criação teórica de um fluoróforo derivado de cumarina para o estudo do vírus da dengue in situ

A dengue é uma das doenças mais graves, generalizadas e negligenciadas do mundo, com mais de um milhão e meio de pessoas infectadas em 2019 apenas no Brasil. O estudo molecular de substâncias inibitórias do vírus in situ é uma chave para o desenvolvimento de melhores medicamentos e para compreensão de onde esta interação ocorre em meio celular. Assim, o presente estudo propõe um desenho e caracterização fotofísica, através da Química Computacional, de uma nova molécula fluorescente formada por um derivado de cumarina e um protótipo de protease NS3pro/NS2B. O deslocamento de Stokes da estrutura final foi baixo em comparação com os derivados de cumarina e indicou o envolvimento de um decaimento não radiativo atribuído ao envolvimento de um processo de transferência de carga intramolecular não fluorescente por torção. (TICT).
