Violências sofridas por mulheres da América Latina e Caribe no contexto da migração internacional: uma revisão integrativa

O presente estudo tem como objetivo sintetizar a produção sobre violência sofrida por mulheres da América Latina e Caribe em contexto de migração internacional de maneira sistemática, ordenada e abrangente, com vistas a construir um corpo de conhecimento sobre o tema a partir da literatura teórica e empírica. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão integrativa da literatura, fundamentada nas recomendações do Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis PRISMA, juntamente com a realização de análise de conteúdo na modalidade temática. Resultados: foram selecionados 42 estudos onde posteriormente foram classificados temas e os núcleos de sentido do texto, por meio da categorização e a produção de inferências e interpretações sobre os resultados. Conclusões: Mulheres migrantes estão sujeitas a diferentes tipos de violência, perpetrada contra elas desde o período de motivação e preparação para migrar, durante o trajeto e se perpetua no local de desino. Somada a diferentes falhas políticas na oferta de proteção adequada, e por vezes, capaz de incentivar as violências contra essas mulheres, vê-se a necessidade em organizar estratégias para o enfrentamento dessa realidade, para superação da violência e construção de uma vida mais segura.
