Resumo

This work aims to present a proposal for a telepresence robot for application in the Amazon region, where remote access areas are concentrated. To achieve this, an approach is employed that integrates the steps of Design Thinking, encompassing all its basic aspects, and also 3D modeling in the prototyping phase. By leveraging the region's key characteristics, the objective is to offer a regional solution focused on mobility and interaction for ease of use. In the study, the main difficulties faced by the population in the region in everyday life regarding access to healthcare were highlighted. Therefore, the importance of developing technologies aimed at addressing this need or driving studies for connectivity in the state of Amazonas is emphasized.
