Método MAP de modelagem e automação de processos para organizações públicas: especialização para BPMS

Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa-ação, com mapeamento de literatura, diagnóstico para contextualização e definição de problema, apresentação de um ciclo de vida Business Process Management unificado para as áreas de ensino, pesquisa e extensão de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES) Pública. Os ciclos da pesquisa-ação foram realizados em um laboratório de pesquisa e extensão, em dinâmica com a educação de estudantes em Business Process Management, com a modelagem e automação de processos como prática em disciplinas de graduação, o suporte à automação de processos reais da universidade em ações de extensão e o apoio à investigação de novas estratégias e de descobertas viabilizadas pelo acompanhamento dos desdobramentos das automações que são colocadas em produção. Como principais resultados alcançados temos a criação do método de ciclo de vida em 12 etapas, com produção de nove processos institucionais e mais de 140 em projetos de disciplinas, todas tendo sido produzidas pelo Método MAP em uma ferramenta de BPMS na IES pública.
