Treinamento físico na melhora da função endotelial de mulheres com câncer de mama: uma revisão sistemática

Este estudo consistiu em uma revisão sistemática, realizada seguindo as diretrizes PRISMA e incluindo ensaios clínicos randomizados e estudos piloto, com o objetivo de investigar os efeitos dos exercícios físicos na função endotelial de mulheres com câncer de mama. Foram incluídos quatro estudos clínicos, totalizando 133 participantes, com intervenções que variaram entre exercícios aeróbicos e treinamento intervalado de alta intensidade (HIIT). As avaliações da função endotelial foram realizadas utilizando a dilatação mediada por fluxo (FMD) e o índice de hiperemia reativa (RHI), ambos indicativos da saúde vascular. A maioria dos estudos relatou melhorias significativas na função endotelial e na capacidade cardiorrespiratória, especialmente em protocolos de maior duração e intensidade, sugerindo benefícios dos exercícios no contexto oncológico. Contudo, a heterogeneidade metodológica entre os estudos limitou a generalização das conclusões, evidenciando a necessidade de mais pesquisas para elucidar esses efeitos de forma mais robusta.
