Sistema de estimação de irradiação solar utilizando grandezas meteorológicas e redes neurais profundas

A produção de energia solar fundamenta-se principalmente na natureza física da radiação solar e a quantização da irradiação solar são importantes em cenários como mercados de geração e fornecimento de energia solar. No entanto, a irradiação solar não é facilmente mensurável e acessível a sensoriamento, principalmente devido a questões de custo, manutenção e requisitos técnicos de calibração. Portanto, este trabalho propõe um modelo de rede neural profunda como regressor para estimar a irradiação solar global dentro do cenário brasileiro. Para isso, foram utilizados dados do Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia do Brasil (INMET) de 304 estações meteorológicas entre 2019 e 2022, abrangendo mais de 19 milhões de dados meteorológicos horários. Os resultados apresentam a previsão dos valores medidos de seis grandezas: hora, temperatura, umidade relativa, velocidade do vento, precipitação e pressão atmosférica. Além disso, o modelo de estimação da irradiação foi validado com base no desenvolvimento e validação de uma estação meteorológica responsável por coletar dados meteorológicos locais da cidade de Cornélio Procópio, Paraná.
